How it will work
How ordering from Sante will work.
Sante is not open for orders yet. This is the plan for when it opens, so you know what to expect.

- 01
Join the list
Leave your first name, email and ZIP code. It takes about ten seconds.
- 02
A window opens
The list hears first, with the menu, the prices and the pickup days for that window.
- 03
Made that morning
Your bowl is made the morning you get it, then picked up in Los Angeles.
Choose from the menu
You will pick your items on the menu, then a pickup day and a time. The menu will show which days and times are still open.
Orders close the evening before
Orders for a pickup day will close the evening before, so every bowl can be made the morning you get it. No bowl will be made the day before.
Pickup in Los Angeles
Orders will be picked up in Los Angeles, and the exact pickup address will arrive in your confirmation email. Sante does not ship and does not use delivery apps.
Small batches, on purpose
Sante is a small home kitchen, and a home kitchen can only make a limited number of meals each day. That is why every day and every pickup time will have a limit, and the launch list hears first.
Allergens on every item
Most items contain tree nuts, and some contain milk. Every item on the menu lists its known allergens. If you have a serious allergy, please ask before you order.
Pay at pickup
Nothing will be charged online. Your order will hold your pickup time, and you will pay when you pick it up.
When can I order?
Not yet. Sante Organics is getting ready to open its first order window in Los Angeles. Join the launch list and you will hear first, with the menu, prices and pickup days.
How do I pick a pickup time?
On the menu page. Choose your items, then a pickup day and one of the times still open that day. Orders for each day close the evening before.
Where in Los Angeles is pickup?
Orders are picked up in Los Angeles, and the exact pickup address is in your confirmation email once you order. Delivery may come later, and if it does, the area will stay small. Tell us your ZIP code when you join the list. It helps decide where delivery starts.
How much will a bowl cost?
Prices are on the menu once ordering opens, and the launch list sees them first. Nothing is charged online: you pay at pickup.
When are the bowls made?
The morning of your pickup. No bowl is made the day before.
Why only a small number of bowls each day?
Sante is a small home kitchen by design, and a home kitchen can only make a limited number of meals a day. Each window has a set number of bowls, which is why the list hears first.
Does the menu contain nuts or milk?
Most items contain tree nuts: almond butter in the Sante and Cheesecake bowls, pistachio in the Pistachio Addiction Bowl, hazelnut in the Raw Chocolate Hazelnut Cake and almond milk in the Collagen Matcha. The Matcha Bowl gets tree nuts if you add nut butter, and its granola is confirmed with the full list. The Cheesecake and Matcha bowls contain milk. Whether the pistachio gelato and the protein bases contain milk is confirmed before ordering opens. Every item lists its known allergens on the menu. If you have a serious allergy, please ask before you order.
Do you ship, or use delivery apps?
No to both. Bowls are made the same morning and picked up in Los Angeles. Nothing is shipped or sent through delivery apps.
Is Sante Organics a home kitchen?
Yes. Sante Organics is a small home kitchen in Los Angeles run by its founder, Nina. It will hold its home kitchen permit before the first window opens, and the permit details will be shown on this site.
Who makes the bowls?
Nina, the founder. Sante started with her and every recipe is hers.
